Head of institutional control Leshok NS He reported to the Commission on the results of inspections and problematic issues, which can be created conditions for corruption offenses, as well as possible conflicts of interest in areas such as: procurement through the budget and own funds of enterprises; additional agreements to postpone actually overdue accounts receivable; renting production facilities; inefficient use of fixed assets and other assets; account and write-off of fuel and lubricants and other topical issues of financial and economic activity.
They also heard reports of the heads of the six companies on the actions taken to address identified control departmental control violations, as well as on the implementation of the Action Plan on combating corruption in the Ministry of Agriculture in 2015, an assessment of their activities.
The decision of the Republican Commission received and approved a plan of work of the commission and the Ministry of Agriculture Action Plan to combat corruption in the Ministry of Agriculture in 2016.
Decisions taken at the meeting of the Commission in the prescribed manner sent to the heads of state organizations subordinate to the Ministry of Agriculture, business companies, shares (stakes in statutory funds) of which belong to the Republic of Belarus and transferred to the control of the Ministry of Agriculture to take measures to respond are posted on the official website.
